About the business
A hair salon and barber shop in Hawthorn, Melbourne. It trades Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 9.00pm, plus Sundays by appointment only. Women's services include full head colour, half and full head foils, ombre and balayage. Men's services include head razor shave, cut throat head and face shaves and traditional face shave. The premises are approximately 24 square metres, with extra space at the back and a mezzanine floor above for storage. It has 4 cutting stations and a hair wash station. A fully functional website is included in the sale. It currently has no liquor licence, and a new owner could apply if required. The reason given for the sale is that the owner has family matters to attend. The broker reports that it is on a busy main road and that hundreds of people pass right out front daily.
