About the business
A hair and beauty salon in Avondale Heights, a western suburb of Melbourne. It offers hair and beauty treatments including waxing, nails, hair extensions and make up. It currently rents chairs to hair dressers and a beautician (two chairs and one chair). The premises have a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine and toilet. There is an extra room on the current lease that could be sublet to a beautician, and two car parking spots on the lease for the vendor, owner or staff. It currently has no liquor licence, and a new owner could apply if required. The reason given for the sale is that the owner has family commitments to attend. The broker reports that the business is on a very busy road.
