About the business
A lunch shop in a CBD food court in Sydney, New South Wales. It is open for less than 5 hours a day and only 5 days a week. It is held on a 3 + 5 year lease. The sale includes a website and trademark. The broker reports a loyal customer base and that the business is too small for the six partners, who have all lost interest.
