Cafe for sale, Sydney NSW

About the business

A cafe in a CBD arcade lobby under a tall building in Sydney, with onsite cooking. Its customers are professionals buying coffee and food. The shop has a seating facility and was renovated only a couple of months ago, with no renovation required. It is held on a long lease, 5 + 5 + 5 years. The broker reports the current owner lives too far away and that the business would benefit from a full time owner on site.
