Convenience and grocery for sale, Australia-wide

About the business

A fruit and vegetable mart with its own deli, in the northern suburbs. It is long established (10 years) and run by two working owners. The shop has wide street frontage, free car parking at the front door, and room for produce displays and numerous refrigerated cabinets. A lease is already in place, and a fork lift is on site for deliveries. It has wholesaling arrangements with numerous local businesses, restaurants and schools. The broker reports no immediate competition and that it would suit a family operation or partnership.
