About the business
A ladies retail fashion store selling clothing and accessories on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. It is located in the main street of a hinterland town about 15 mins from Noosa. Its customers are mature age women, predominately 30-80 years, and it stocks a variety of quality labels. A lease is in place with an option to renew. There is very little marketing or advertising apart from the local newspaper. The broker reports a large loyal customer base already in place.
