About the business

An indoor children's play centre with children's parties, amusements and cafe, in a busy shopping centre in Western Sydney, New South Wales. Attractions include a jumping air castle, jungle gym, role play area, trampolines, Lego play areas, arcade style games and ball pit areas. It has a fully operational cafe and a dedicated large party room. It trades 7 days, Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 7 pm, with private bookings outside normal hours. The lease is 9 years, through to November 2032. It was previously operated under a franchise model and is now independently operated, with no ongoing franchise fees or royalty payments. It is offered on a WIWO basis. The reason given for the sale is that the owner is too busy with another business. The broker reports all play equipment is owned outright and compliant with Australian safety standards.
