About the business
A cafe, bar and florist business on the Gold Coast, Queensland. The cafe and bar have a liquor licence. The fit-out is modern and was fully renovated two years ago. A three-bedroom residence with double garage is included under the lease, on a leasehold basis. The reason given for the sale is that the owner is preparing for retirement. The broker reports that training is available with the owner willing to assist the transition, and that the florist generates repeat trade and online demand.
